“Cabin was well cleaned. Location for activities was perfect. ”

We initially had some problems with the app that the customer Person resolved, and we were able to get in touch with our host, who was great. I highly recommend this to those who value fresh air, located right on Lake Superior ”

“Beautiful time of year - colors were at peak. Cozy cabin for 2. Quiet and close to town and sugarloaf hike. Very well equipped. Enjoyed back sun porch for coffee in the morning. ”

“The property worked great for our snowmobile group. The host was amazing and responded to our last minute request to stay and also made arrangements for parking our trucks and trailers nearby in a secure area. The sleeping accommodations met our needs, although ttwo of the rooms lacked good heating for winter lodging”

“Cabin was rustic, older but clean.Had everything we needed for our snowmobiling trip. Only thing was i should have brought a pair of slippers as floors were cold. ”

“Over the past few years we have stayed in a lot of VRBOs across the UP all have been good experiences, but this stay was the best we have had yet! The grounds were BEAUTIFUL! There is many outdoor living spaces available to enjoy the Huron Bay, including a deck off the loft above the garage for a little different perspective. The house was comfortable and charming with beautiful views of this bay from nearly every room. It was equipped with everything you needed to enjoy your stay including……

“Neat area to stay lots of things to do ! We hit waterfalls and new to us mountain bike trails in big bay which are amazing !! I found the unique caboose very cozy and accommodating ! Thank you for a great weekend in big bay! ”

“This was a nice cabin. There are five cabins on the owners' property. The owners had good communication but were otherwise unobtrusive. The main hot tub is shared with cabins 1-4, but cabin 5 has its own private one. Most importantly I took my rescue pitbull and had no issues with the owners or other guests. Some properties have a lot of dog rules so I was pleased to see this property was more lenient.”

“We had an awesome weekend getaway at Cabin 5. The hot tub was nice after an evening of fishing. My husband caught 7 fish and I caught my first fish! The shower was a little tricky at first but once you figure it out it makes sense. The sink water pressure wasn’t that great but we didn’t have much use for it since we didn’t have much dishes nor needed it to cook with. If so, you just have to be patient . The beds are super comfy and overall cabin 5 was just perfect for the two of us plus our pup.……

Robin and her family live in a separate house on the property but the carriage house is completely private and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Marquette and 30-40 minutes to Munising/Pictured Rocks. We came for the fall foliage (we were a little on the late side; Robin said the second weekend in October is best), but we still had a lot of great color and hiking. ”
