“I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. “I read reviews and ratings to make my choice of places to stay. To be honest I was a little nervous but at check in the young man,desk clerk, made everything feel right. “Our stay was wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean. Our ONLY complaint (and this is no reflection on the hotel itself) was our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We requested a nonsmoking room. The room had a nonsmoking sign. It’s a shame people can’t honor the request. The housekeeping staff came and sprayed the room, which helped very little. It’s a shame an otherwise wonderful stay was made less enjoyable by the actions of other people. ”
