“The property was fun and clean. Easy to stay in. Great location. ”

“Incredibly spartan unit. No where to put bags, no where to hang any clothes. Kind of a joke…small ironing board with no where to set it up but the bed. That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. ”

“This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.”

“The location is great, close to Main St, parks and the river. Parking spots are tight, but good to have free, gated parking. Older building that is being renovated. Overall a good value. ”

“We would stay again! Traveled for college wrestling National Duals. Was a perfectly updated and comfortable place to stay! Access and on site parking were easy. The beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The location was wonderful with a Brewery across the street and downtown Waterloo restaurants blocks away. It was very cold so we drove. The UNI Dome in Cedar Falls was an easy 10min drive. Downtown Cedar Falls was also a fun city to dine. ”
