“Mother nature threw a curve ball right before our stay. Host was dealing with some water damage due to power outage. We arrived after a 3 hour drive, only to find an empty pool. But Host Justin communicated the issue and he was on it, making sure he had the professionals there fixing everything and we were able to enjoy the pool and comfortable stay at this house. I now trust any future bookings with this host will go above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Justin and Kyle!”

“Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to address these issues for future reference. We were very disappointed with several aspects of the property. The hot tub was drained right before our arrival, the grass was soaked, and the sidewalk was wet, making it unusable. Additionally, despite the advertisement indicating we could use the garage door opener, we did not have access to it. The garbage can was overflowing upon our arrival, leaving us with nowhere……
