“This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat. ”

“This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.”

The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. We saw them everywhere we went around Shell Rock, Waverly, Cedar Falls, etc. Just that time of the year. We would definitely stay again. saw them everyhey were ”
