“This little property is a true gem. It's very close to Livingston Manor, yet very quiet. The lawn leading to the creek is just beautiful with the fire pit and lounge chairs. “I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. “Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!”

“This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. “It’s not like the pictures, first the directions are a little sketchy, you have to park your car away from the tent , toilet was a portable potty had to walk a distance to use it . To take a shower you have to go across the street and call the guy at the barn to let you inn . We got up in the m and left , it was not to far from Bethel woods that was a good thing .
