“A/C was ice cold, hot water was very hot and nice! It was nice to have a Keurig and air fryer. Nice quality pot and pans and knife set. Beds were very comfortable. Just no fitted sheet on the king bed. They did have a flat sheet and extra pillows and blankets.Dishwasher needs to be secured, it tips forward when loading and unloading and there was no dishwasher soap. “Extremely comfortable studio guest house in a quiet, rural area next to a beautiful view of the mountains! There is a privacy fence between the hosts’ primary home and the guest house, so our stay felt nice and secluded. The home was clean and well equipped. “After looking at several properties in Fresno for my one month stay, I settled on Kyle’s recently renovated, modern and naturally lit home, and have no regrets. Not only is it really well set up on the inside but also has its own secure parking and laundry. The laundry, even though was shared with two of the other units on the property, it was super convenient. All the amenities in the house were sufficient too. Would recommend.”
