“First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……

“I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport. A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia. ”

“New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.”

“櫃檯的那位女服務員，態度非常惡劣，大家小心她。付費大房間的費用，最後兩天，竟然擅自改成小房間，有一晩沒有暖氣，很糟的住宿經驗 El personal femenino en el mostrador tenía una actitud muy mala  。”

“I had very bad experiences stay at this hotel, the person next to my room spoke very loudly and I wake up at 0;10am and sleep again at 4;00am. There is no restaurant for breakfast. I don't think I will stay here again.”

“Fantastic stay, loved the apartment. Had everything we needed and was easy to access and transport was great. Was quiet in the area on Tuesday when we arrived at 9pm but that's normal for the area which we didn't realise. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Will stay again.”
