“Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.”

“The property was great but some of the furnishings were not very good. 2 of the dinning room chairs and 2 of the island stools were extremely wobbly. One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation. The staff was quick to put my worries of possible charges for the broken chair to rest. No additional charges were made to me as of right now but i……
