“I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it didn't disappoint! What a great place it is, and the service was exceptional. My mom was traveling by herself so I booked a smaller room for 2 persons. When she arrived with my brother, the room was a bit small for two but the hotel offered a free-upgrade to a larger room closer to the ground level so she didn't have to go up the stairs that much. “Great location and nice apartment!! The apartment had everything one needs while on vacation. Our sofa was a bit dirty and our mattress was way too firm and wrapped in some plastic protector that made for a bad night sleep. However, the staff were so nice and welcoming. They were quick to address any issue. So many great coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance- AMAZING!! Great for families traveling with kids. We would stay here again! ”
