“We had another wonderful stay and we will be back! Furniture was comfortable and we love the pool. A couple kitchen additions would be great: 1- a crockpot so dinner can be cooking while we are at the beach and 2- a couple more icecube trays with a basket so we can stock-up on ice. We did not need to use any but the selection of beach chairs and umbrellas was nice for those who cannot bring their own. Communication with the new owner was great. Highly recommend this place for a lovely stay close……

“Our stay was great. We could not ask for a better location for the price. We were in the middle of Ana Maria Island. The condo was immaculate and the pool was an added plus. Stephan was super responsive if we needed anything. The trolley is an easy way to around the island, but if you want to come and go as you please, rent a golf cart. We walked to the beach every day. It was pretty awesome. The only comment I can make is we had to wash towels and buy toilet paper. If you want to cook, you have……

“We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We loved this studio! It was perfect for a short stay near the beach, which is about a 4-5 minute walk away. The unit was very clean with all the basics we needed, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler—which was great because we flew in from out of state and didn’t have room to bring our own beach equipment. Host is communicative and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!”
