“The interior house is clean and well kept. Many new fixtures and new or well-kept furniture and accessories. No trouble finding things. Beds/bedding and provided linens were good. We appreciated being able to use the garage. Exterior presentation clean and house is maintained, but not as well kept as the interior. ”

The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. “This is a simple process. We all enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful. I did accidentally break a small piece ( i am 6 '7") the first time it just knocked it off. It no longer stuck. I reported the issue. Was informed of a replacement that was a success. A whole day later i did it again. Only the sticky part stayed. So since i failed successfully, i bought some glue and left it with the home with a note upon are departure. I tried not to let that bother me. But still felt……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Pool Bungalow. The bungalow had everything we needed, especially the cool, relaxing pool! It was in the perfect, central location in Sarasota. Close to everything like Nathan Benderson park and the beaches…the two, important things we came for. In addition, the contact and communication with the property managers was top notch! They were accommodating, friendly, quick and professional! We look forward to booking this bungalow again! ”
