“It was small and intimate. Sometimes the attitude at front desk was not kind at all. ”

“Perfect location! Right on the beach and 2 very good restaurants. Can take shuttle to Ocean Club West and it’s a 2 minute walk to shops. Everyone incredibly friendly. Just be aware that restaurants include “service fee” in the check.”

“We stayed for 7 nights at Ocean Club West, in a simple room. It was just me and my husband and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Very clean and the staff were amazing from the front desk all the way through!! I can’t say enough good things about this place, we will definitely be back!”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are……

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”
