They provide dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, bath towels, washcloths, extra pillows, extra blankets, WiFi, an iron, & keypad entry access. There are 3 levels, level 2 & 3 both have a balcony. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is about 2 minutes. “My boyfriend and I decided on going to OC for the weekend. I found Carl's place and it looked exactly like the pictures. Carl was a fantastic host. The property was very clean and my boyfriend and I had a very relaxing fun weekend. We loved that there was places to eat in a walking distance and the boardwalk wasn't that far of a drive. The beach was beautiful and not a far walk at all. We plan on coming back again. Thank you Carl for letting us stay at you're 2nd place from home.”
