“Loved the location, was perfect for the concert we went for. However, it smelled like smoke bad! Not sure if the person before us smoked or if it came thru the walls/vents from another unit. But I'm not a smoker and I did not like having to smell it while in the room, nor did I want my clothes or stuff smelling like it either. We tried keeping the door open at times to remove the smell but that was not working. ”

“The location was perfect- close to everything but still quiet. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Host had great communication and let us check in early. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out. ”

“This is a upper floor beachfront historic condo. The kitchen and bathroom are vintage, meaning original fixtures, cabinets. Shower is literally 2'x2'. Multiple door handles not functional. There was a window AC in each room which was nice, especially as a noisemaker. Window blinds in the rooms did not even reach bottom of windows, and didn't really block light, so rooms are very bright. Listing says LINENS provided - usually this would mean blankets too, but later in the fine print it says they……

“The stay was awesome. The place was wonderful and roomy. The middle room and queen bed were comfy. The porch furniture was mostly in great shape (one rocking chair was broken). Having three Room was awesome, but the single bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade form spring mattresses. Otherwise, we Loved the place!”
