“A group of 10 came to OCMD to participate in the Ocean City Running Festival that occurred on Saturday,November 2nd. The condo was very accomodating to the group size. The living area was all open and we were able to relax and socialize comfortably. One drawback was only 2 bathrooms for a group this size but we made it work. The kitchen was well equiped, ice machine not working though. We were asked to wash linens prior to leaving if possible, but did not bring detergent with us since only……

“We had an easy check in. The house is very convenient to the beach, entertainment, and restaurants. It’s a quiet area which is important to our family. We took walks and had an amazing sunset.”

“We planned a last minute family get away and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. The porch view of the river was my favorite area of the house. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 6 adults plus washer and dryer were much needed. We used the dock for our boat and had a couple of successful fishing trips nearby. The host Rudy was accommodating and responsive and seems to be a wonderful person. “The house was spacious and even included a food mat and dishes for our dog. The location of the house at the beginning of the cul-de-sac provided a very quiet and peaceful stay. They had live tv which was a nice alternative to just streaming options. They also had two nice homey living rooms. All of the properties in the neighborhood were clean and well-kept, and everyone we met walking our dog was friendly. We would definitely stay again. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly suited for our family which included small children. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was enough room to spread out. The outdoor space both the deck and the patio by the canal were perfect for relaxing. Check in and check out were very easy. It was also a very convenient location. We will definitely come back again.”

“The property had enough space for our family to each have their own room and a fully equipped kitchen to allow for breakfast to be made every morning. We were able to walk to the beautiful downtown of Salisbury and be within a drive of the university and other spots on the eastern shore. As an avid runner, I loved the runner friendly neighborhood lined with sidewalks and rural roads along the river with plenty of space on the shoulders to feel safe. I cannot recommend the place enough. The host……

“This home was the best appointed home we have ever rented in Bear Trap. Blankets, books, TVs, and the kitchen had everything we needed to put out a huge family dinner. We were 8 adults staying in the house then my neice and her family joined us for dinner on Sat night. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend this house!!”
