“We had a nice stay, the property was well maintained and met our needs for what we needed which was a balcony that over looked Coastel Highway. Only complaint was the DirectTV did not work. We did let thw office staff know but it was never esolved.”

They made themselves available if we needed anything and made sure we got into the units with no issues. The host kept open communication and let us know if we needed anything to simply just ask. “Rented for a cheer competition. Was messaged the day of arrival 1 unit was not available because it was under constructions. Was promised a refund. Only received partial. Upon arrival of the house the floors were so dirty our feet were black. There were stains on the wall and beds. The bunk beds shook which was a safety issue because the kids couldn’t sleep on the top in fear it would collapse from the weight. Due to bunk bed issue, I had to have my kids sleep with me on a king bed that sunk……

“We were very happy to stay here. The house is super clean! and it was very comfortable and cool with the air conditioning. The reserved spot was an extra perk. We did not have any issues with the Wi-Fi which was great. All the information was provided ahead of time as promised - we had the code to enter at arrival and had everything we needed from then on. The rooms are a nice size, the dressers hold plenty of clothing and the master had a very nice walk-in closet. The kitchen had what we needed……
