“We had a good trip and stay at this place. The property was close to the beach, had features that made transitioning from the beach to the after beach day convenient: outdoor shower, screened in porch to keep beach wagon and eat lunch - including a half bathroom, washer dryer, small but functional kitchen and table. We liked the house allowed our dog and was within walking distance of the area on the beach that allowed dogs. The property could benefit from an investment in some parts of the……

“The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.”

“Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine……

“Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.”

“Overall nice stay. Home was very clean. We were able to bring our dogs. Nice yard to walk them in. Grill available. Screened porch was nice. 15min from Bethany. ”

“My family and I stayed at the Parrot Bay Condo for the first time this year. We had fun! My children enjoyed the bunk bed, and the cottage where we used to stay every summer did not have a pool, so having the 3-5 foot pool was another feature that enhanced our vacation this year. I wished I had a fly swatter because flies do get in the house, but we would stay here again if it’s available again next year. Recommended!”

“The property was very cute. Worked perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean City. Had bikes to use for getting around and the renter provided sheets and towels even though the listing said to bring your own. She was very accommodating! ”

“Place was nice. Got to watch wild birds right outside the deck. Vacassa was available 24/7. We had missing pots and pans and they send new set of pots of pans the very next day. Great service! Will definitely be back soon. ”
