“The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.”

“Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.”

“My family and I stayed at the Parrot Bay Condo for the first time this year. We had fun! My children enjoyed the bunk bed, and the cottage where we used to stay every summer did not have a pool, so having the 3-5 foot pool was another feature that enhanced our vacation this year. I wished I had a fly swatter because flies do get in the house, but we would stay here again if it’s available again next year. Recommended!”

“The property was very cute. Worked perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean City. Had bikes to use for getting around and the renter provided sheets and towels even though the listing said to bring your own. She was very accommodating! ”

“Place was nice. Got to watch wild birds right outside the deck. Vacassa was available 24/7. We had missing pots and pans and they send new set of pots of pans the very next day. Great service! Will definitely be back soon. ”

“This property is absolutely adorable and in a wonderful location. However, the mildew smell was overpowering and most definitely unhealthy. The air conditioning of this home is controlled by a nest and could not be changed. So, every time we left the property the air conditioner went into an away mode and reset to 78 degrees. Therefore we were unable to improve the air quality. The strong mildew smell came home with us in our suitcases and clothing. A mildew abatement plan needs to be put in……

“We owned a home in Ocean Pines for 17 years before moving to Florida. We love the area. The house was spacious enough for both of us to work remotely without interrupting each other. We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal. There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This was our first time in Ocean City. We absolutely loved how conveniently located the cottage was! So close to the beach and so much more. We loved walking the boardwalk each day, found new places to eat each night along the boardwalk, and spent a day at the water park. In the mornings we enjoyed sipping coffee on the front porch or reading books out there. Having AC in the property was a big sell for us given the summer temps. Also loved the full kitchen so we could prepare meals and easily……
