“I stayed at Ruth’s villa for the month of March. The condo is very cute and super clean. The kitchen and bathroom are completely updated and I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked both were with basic supplies that I thought I would have to go out and buy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Even so the villa is set back from the road and overlooks a nice grassy area. I called Ruth a few times with questions and she responded immediately each time. ”

“The unit had flies everywhere, the flies were on the floor, on the blinds, on the walls and counter. I immediately left. then I called to inform the management company and told them it was nasty and something dead and or was rotting in there. They tried to get me to stay in another unit, that one smelled like a chimney filled with smoke. The furniture was old and not in anytime close to descend. I left and went to a hotel. The management company tried everything to not give me a refund. Thank……

“We purposely were looking for a place to stay in Green Valley to check out the area for possible retirement. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved the front and back patios where you could see wildlife at times. Had a minor issue with one of the appliances and the owner immediately got someone over to fix it. He was very responsive to Any questions we had. The neighbors were all so friendly. The pool and activities were so close and we took advantage of that! Would Definitely stay again!”
