“Well maintained and clean rental. Location is great for anything in Patagonia area. Very close to the Paton Hummingbird Center. Kitchen is very basic, dorm size fridge and no stove.”

“Upon entry I discovered that the entry door and bedroom door to the hallway had no locking mechanism or additional security features. Smoke alarm not connected; just laying on the shelf. There’s an open electrical plug next to the bed in small sleep area. The shower vent is covered with dust. The plugged in mess behind the tv is a fire hazard waiting to happen. Super reassuring when the smoke detector isn’t attached. The large bedroom light wouldn’t turn off with fan on making sleeping in that……
