“For designated rooms, there was covered parking. You only needed to tap your room key rather than slide it to enter. The room upkeep was outstanding--no scuff marks anywhere, and the furniture was in good condition. The walk-in, lighted closet next to the immaculate bathroom was a plus. A full-length window looked down on the courtyard and across to the mountains. I was impressed that the maids had nice uniforms; the staff was gracious. We came to enjoy the pool which was beautifully……

“Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the appliances were fairly new. Never went or used the pool. Bathroom was dated but clean. Had issues with shower at first. The push-rod tub faccett deverter was broken. I had to stick my finger into the spout to engage the diverter to get water out of the shower-head. No big deal, but other guest without common sense and knowledge would have been dumbfounded and would had to call the Lobby . Room 121”

“Great continental breakfast selection. The hotel was clean and gated. Nice pool area and the jacuzzi was perfect during the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Sierra Vista. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. ”
