“Great home to share with family or friends, lots of room for everyone. Nice big hot tub, beautiful park within walking distance. ”

“Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were……
