“We enjoyed the close proximity to the highway, beaches, grocery stores and restaurants from this property. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard where our dog enjoyed running and playing. We sat out on the patio every morning for coffee. There is a gate that leads to a trail right out the back yard for walks, or biking. The kitchen is a chef's dream, so we enjoyed most meals at the house. We left Sanctuary relaxed & rejuvenated - and will definitely be back. “The Fern House is a very beautiful, clean and cozy home. It was our home base to the many places we visited. “This was a great location for our Redwood national forest visit. The ocean views were spectacular. It is an older house but is in good condition. We spent a lot if our time in the huge back yard. It was a great place for everyone age 12 to 66.”
