“Room was comfortable and in particular, the bed. This time of year and there aren't many guests so it was quiet which is always nice. Only issues I came across were thusly: of three light bulbs above the bathroom sink, one was blown, this necessitated a trip to the front desk to get a replacement most hotels will provide a spare roll of TP but this was missing in my room. it was obvious that housekeeping does not wipe down the top of all furniture between guest(s) use of the rooms for all……

“Have not stayed here for several years. It has improved a lot since our last visit! Excellent reception employees. Hotel is now surrounded with a well designed and pleasant looking security fence. New paint. The hallway has new carpet and light fixtures which much improves the ambiance. Although these rooms are not fancy, nor do they have carpeting, they have freshened up the decor and they are clean. Excellent value for the cost as well. Will be staying here in the future while in the Arcata……
