The only complaint I have is that due to our connecting flight being delayed, we go to the Hotel at around 1:30am, when I going to check in, Im met with hesitation and arrogance from the front desk attendant, he said: check in? at this time? Politely, I explained that our flight was delayed hence the reason for showing up at that time. We. are a family of four two young children, we were all extremely exhausted and……
