The property across the street appeared to be condemned and other properties in the vicinity were very run-down, making relaxing on the front porch a not-so-inviting opportunity. I’d advise doing a google search on the area before renting this property. It was quiet and felt safe, though. ”

“What I enjoyed most about my stay at this property was the very quiet neighborhood and the excellent location. Old Town Cottonwood and all the great restaurants, wine bars, shops and more is just a 5 minute walk from the cottage, and Jerome and Clarkdale (must try Violette's croissants) are 5-10 minute drives. I also appreciated being able to take daily walks at Dead Horse State Park (5 min from cottage) and Red Rock State Park (20 min). Cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped……
