“We were delighted with the cottage for our 7 day stay in Sept. The description in the listing lives up to everything we found while there. Obvious quality in everything from furniture, linens, décor, and grounds. You can tell Dave has experience as a bldg contractor! Grounds are well lit at night and shaded by day. Creek is nice but seasonal. Easy access to downtown Prescott. Frys grocery close by. Cabin is well insulated from street noise and even the Yavapai County Fair nearby did not……

“We enjoyed the cottage. Our beds were very comfortable. the air unit was a dream, I was empressed with that. Very private hide away, back from the street was nice, just what we like. the photo is misleading though, the back yard is across a parking area, then the green trees. good thing to have that distance and space I found as the wild life back there is heavy. saw skunks, tons of birds to watch, saw a falcon, an arizona cardinal, humming birds, song birds, and more. We enyoyed the art work,……

“I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood. This is located it such a beautiful part of Prescott. The owners are very friendly and my husband and I come up a few times a month to work. We can’t wait to come back and……
