“We stayed two nights in cabin #5. Nicely upgraded and very clean. Great view of countryside and part of lake Henshaw. Very peaceful Thursday, but got a bit busier as Friday afternoon weekend folks rolled in. Close to lake, Julian, outdoor activities, and good restaurants.”

“The property was perfect… at site 11 there is an old tree with birds of all colors, wordpeckers, nesting birds all day. We had two great hikes and the pie and ice crean in Julian. We will be back soon.”

“This place is great and has everything you might need. Great views of the mountains and Lake Henshaw. Amazing night sky (as long as other cabins turn their porch lights off). Even though it was 100+ degrees the tree shade helped outside and AC inside was great. Great porch. 2 bathrooms were so good to have. Really cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed one night and will be back!”

“Amazing resort with 2 pools & Hot tubs to enjoy w/out the hassle of people around you . I Love 💞 the solitude this resort gives you especially during off season . The Desert area was extremely hot and our rooms had excellent a/c units and comfy bed and big bathroom. Pet friendly and resort was manicured beautifully. I suggest you bring a cooler with drinks and food because resteraunt at resort was closed . ”
