“Cute little cabin in the woods. Very comfortable for the two of us. It had everything we needed for our stay, and anything else we may have needed was not far away in town. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, but we did get to spend at least one night out by the camp fire. Definitely a good place for a getaway for a couple.”

“A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. The no contact check-in and out was new for us, but no issues arose at all. In fact, everything went so smoothly it would be nice if others used this method. As far as Rex calling this a hotel, it is more of a motel, but on……

“Disfrutamos mucho de La Paz y comodidad de la casa , sentimos como si estábamos en un hogar , tiene de todo para la cosina , disfrutamos de la chimenea , disfrutamos mucho del clima , muy acogedora , ay silencio eso nos encantó , queríamos relajarnos y disfrutamos de un asado al aire libre . El clima no nos favoreció pero la piscina y el lago están super cerca para ir me verano se disfrutaría más . La propiedad es súper segura . ”

“Overall impressed with the entire stay. The house was gorgeous & clean & had everything we needed & then some. The hot tub was clean. The owners were friendly & attentive. Even offered suggestions on places to go out. Would definitely recommend & stay again. ”

“We had a great time! The cabin was beautiful and comfy! The WiFi was out and a technician was supposed to come out Saturday but never showed. The caretaker kept trying to give us passwords to try but they didn’t work. Out hotspots worked well that we could still watch movies but hopefully this is fixed shortly. There was no weird smell, it smelled like a log cabin and wood to me. There was not an electric fireplace but a real one which worked great but per my husband the flue has to be shut……

“Great spot with plenty of space for our group to hang out and relax—especially appreciated the cozy basement and the hot tub. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable for everyone. Only downside was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, which made things a bit warm at times. Otherwise, a solid stay!”

“We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!”
