Room Service team and restaurant team made sure they take care of each one of us including the requirements for kids. Keep up the good work team and we will try to be back soon :)”

“They had already given the Villa to someone else and I booked from hotels.com They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever.”
