“The condo was perfect for our little family! The location of the condo and amenities of the resort were exactly what we needed with two young kids. Having the small kitchen was very beneficial! The room is a bit dated, but provided everything we needed. Communication with the property owners was excellent! We would 110% return!”

“Easy check in and clean, safe unit. Great pools and super easy access to the beach. Really happy with our choice for accomodations.”

“We loved the location so close to the beach!! The room size was just fine for our stay! Our biggest complaint is just cleanliness. Yes we are told we could contact staff right away and then t would have been fixed immediately but when you arrive excited to take in the sights you do not always look at the cleanliness right away.”

“Floors in the room hadn’t been mopped . Had to wear shoes the entire time and hold my 9 month old to avoid the filthy floors . Shower was stopped up and had to stand in ankle deep water while showering .”

“Overall, we had a great stay. My only complaints were the king sheets were old, pilled and stained. They should be replaced. Also, communication wasn’t great at checkin, I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I sent the requested information via the text message and I had to do the self pictures as well. The email said one or the other, not both so if you stay here, just do both. ”

“We have stayed at this resort multiple times, however this was the first time with Julie. We had a graet time per usual. The room was great. First floor, which we loved for quick easy access to the pool and restaurant next door. We will definitely book again! ”

“I would highly recommend the dunes to anyone. Had a blast. The water parks was so fun. Didn’t have to travel far for restaurants. Room was very clean. 10/10 ”
