“The condo is located near 2 nice beaches and a variety of stores & restaurants. Beds, pillows, & towels are nice. The place is a little difficult to find based only on the address (letters not numbers on the doors). When we arrived, cleaning people were still there (2 hours after check-in time). 1 room had a strong scent of a dog which was unpleasant. The place was clean. There are no pot holders (used a towel) or ice cube trays (if you prefer that). The host is responsive & helpful. ”

“The condo was a great size to sleep all 3 of us (three generations, so no two together in a bed). It was very clean and efficiently sized for our group. The kitchen table was tiny though, so when we wanted to get together with the others in our group staying in a different condo, that got hard. Being off-season (just after Labor Day), the lazy river was closed off so we didn't get to enjoy that. The pool and playground were open, though, and they were quite clean, well-maintained and……

“Excellent property. Location can't be beat for golfers and is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. A very nice amenity is having access to Litchfield by the Sea beach club. There was also a very nice barbeque grill. The property is roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The interior walls appear to have been recently painted, and my only negative comment would be that the trim, doors, and some of the furniture still need a fresh coat of paint. ”

“Great place and location to stay at a reasonable price. Very clean and welcoming. The reason for a slighty lower rating for check in has more to do with unclear and incorrect information regarding parking rules/information and codes/directions for use of the shared fitness facility and indoor pool. While the property manager was responsive to our questions we had to inquire several times regarding a parking pass as well as correct codes for indoor pool access and fitness room. We are looking……

“House was comfortable and well appointed. Close walk to beach. Some areas could have used a little more cleaning Upstairs air conditioner did not work but it was fixed during our stay. A keyless check in would be preferred instead of going to a rental office to pick up keys. Overall I would stay again”
