“The most important to me in a stay, the mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was not at all comfortable, and overall the house was very bare. No extra toilet paper, very little in the kitchen to cook with. Neighbors are pretty sketchy but never bothered us, just had several loud fights. Host was good to work with, quick to help us with missing towels and the overgrown yard.”

“We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with……

“We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. The home is older and has been remodeled with nice decor and was quite clean. Would definitely……

“We appreciated all of the space and many bedrooms. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t use the yard, it looked like a huge space and nice deck. The basement was another nice place to hang out. Some of the basic essentials like more hand soap we didnt see was available. We would recommend this property and stay there again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the train that runs throughout the night. The house is right by an intersection, so the train has to blow the horn as it passes over it. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when I needed to reach out.”
