“Wonderful house!! Clean and well stocked with what is needed. Quiet and peaceful area. Definitely will recommend to others. ”

“The most important to me in a stay, the mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was not at all comfortable, and overall the house was very bare. No extra toilet paper, very little in the kitchen to cook with. Neighbors are pretty sketchy but never bothered us, just had several loud fights. Host was good to work with, quick to help us with missing towels and the overgrown yard.”

“We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with……

“We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. The home is older and has been remodeled with nice decor and was quite clean. Would definitely……

“We appreciated all of the space and many bedrooms. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t use the yard, it looked like a huge space and nice deck. The basement was another nice place to hang out. Some of the basic essentials like more hand soap we didnt see was available. We would recommend this property and stay there again. ”

“5 days, 14 people ranging in age from 3 to 64. The space was perfect. Some cosmetic refreshing needed with peeling paint on some ceilings. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. Plenty of space to spread out or come together. Fully stocked other than food. Best vacation we have ever had. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the train that runs throughout the night. The house is right by an intersection, so the train has to blow the horn as it passes over it. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when I needed to reach out.”

“Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield.”

“Stayed while selling our house.”

“This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!”

“The house on the lake is very well situate with direct access to the Matanzas lake. The property is conveniently built on one level, and has great amenities to enjoy a lake getaway vacation. Fishing, kayaking and spending time outdoor is facilitated conveniently. The house itself is well provisioned with everything necessary for the stay. Welcome bar with snacks and drinks is also included. The location is awesome. There is no back and front yard, but the property is still appropriate to……

“Three Pines was absolutely the best place we have stayed as a family. Aubrey was very nice and helpful throughout the entire renting process. Plenty of rooms for all and enough room for all 15 of us to eat and play games together. The home was old, but with a relaxed ambiance and in excellent shape. Very clean with all accommodations. The is the second time renting here and will continue to be on our bucket list for future family vacations.”
