“The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating. ”

“This lake home is huge, perfect, beautiful! Everything was sparkling clean and in perfect shape! The screened porch was so lovely and the upper level deck was too!
