“What an amazing hotel! The Super Hero Bunk room was awesome and comfortable We loved all the side walk games and can’t forget the pool. Definitely will return.”

They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“The property was good, I had a couple issues I went down to the restaurant to order. There was no one there to greet me. I stood at the hostess desk for five minutes or so before someone arrive and they asked that I sit at the bar under decided to do a to go order. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and I had to ask a waitress to check on the status of it because I didn’t have any updates and no one was around. .
