“The staff was professional and hospitable. Thanks to all those especially went out of their way to make me feel special. As a person in a wheelchair I would like to suggest adding a vanity mirror to the bathroom. The mirror on the wall is too high. For an accessible room the sink is too high. That is why the mirror is too high. Also, the door entering my “accessible room” feels like 40 pounds of pressure. Way too heavy. “My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car.……
