“I will not ever stay in this property nor recommend it to anyone else. I was fooled by the reviews but the employees have no regard for the customer experience. As a guest you have to pick up and drop off keys at a completely different location. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions and programmed the key- fob wrong so we couldn't get into the building without someone else coming along.
