“Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……

“This was a great find for our group! King size mattress was super comfortable. I did hear that one of the queens was much more firm than the other. Everything was clean. “We had a great weekend at this condo. The listing is exactly as described and you just can’t beat the oceanfront location. It was the perfect size for two couples and 3 kids. Each family had their own sleeping space. Beach entrance is only a few steps from the home and we enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves from the private balcony. Easy walk down to the pier and nearby restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or location. We’ll definitely be back! ”
