“This property was a great place for an off-season vacation. The home was exactly as described, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!”

“We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more. ”

“We sat and watched a major winter storm outside the window. Very exciting from within a cozy house. We enjoyed staying in a house where you could feel somebody's presence, rather than the "accessorized" vacation homes with welcoming signs from the Dollar store etc. Only thing lacking--place needs a new key box because the existing one is hard enough to use that it feels like it won't work. Gorgeous place!”

“This was my second time renting out this place. I came because I had a good experience the first time. The second time not so much. First I will list the pros Pros: good location from the beach . Love the porch and beach gear to borrow Cons: Parking is tight especially when you have all three renting out the different places. Also, the pictures look totally different from the couches that are actually there. Definitely outdated and ready to fall apart. Even hang my clothes in the room, where……

“My wife and I stay for a long weekend, had a great time! Anything you might need is provided, watched the sun rise over the lake right from the dinning table, enjoyed the gas fireplace at night. Off the beaten path but not really 5min and your on the main drag with a multitude of stores. I'm sure its even nicer in the warm weather.”

“My family and I can't say enough about this property. It was wonderful. Pictures can't possibly capture the incredible views or the wonderful accommodations.
