“Our stay at Ginny’s was honestly perfect. We were able to check in a little bit earlier than expected, Ginny met us and we were able to chat for a little bit and get acquainted with the place. The place was perfect, beautiful outdoor deck, two decent sized bedrooms, amazing and strong air conditioning, and any amenities that we needed for the beach were available for us to use. “Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!”

Everything was clean, in working order, and set up as shown. Not only was there an immaculate indoor shower, but an outdoor shower that was a big plus when coming back from the beach sandy. I was a little concerned about being the back unit of an attached/shared property; however, the other guests were lovely and respectful. The host was quick to respond with any questions.
