“This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.”

“There was no communication with the owner. I emailed 2 days prior to let them know I would be in late. The app said that I would have instructions same day as check in. I never received those. The phone number contact is wrong for the unit. The neighborhood is nice and the outside of the property looked well maintained. But checking in at 9pm, we just wanted to sleep”

“Five golfing friends and myself stayed in this new duplex in Rotonda West for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and close to one of the two courses we were playing. we were rained out of the 2nd day but we enjoyed playing cards and just hanging out. We all had very comfortable beds, it is perfect for 6 ladies - each with our own room. We went to Lipinski's Tavern for dinner only 2 miles away and really fantastic - great food and reasonable prices. The host was also very responsive……
