“Air conditioning was best ive had. TV channels or lack of, is only thing that lets it down. Most in German. Not one UK channel. No Netfix either. Rooms are fine. Could do with a laundry room for longer stays.”

“We loved the resort, gardens & grounds well kept, unfortunately one of the swimming pools was being refurbished do there was lots of drilling & banging which we were not advised about by Expedia, but we still enjoyed our stay”

“Der sehr schöne Innenbereich mit Pool und Palmen hat mir gefallen. Das gefühlt 90% Engländer da waren (alle sehr nett) nicht so, da ich nicht gut englisch spreche. Nachmittags oder abends als Dessert hätte ich gerne Eis (evtl. Eis Truhe mit 3 Sorten) gehabt. ”

“Hemos estado en familia durante una semana y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. El servicio majísimo, el restaurante con gran variedad (mi mujer es celiaca y el tema de los alérgenos lo controlan bien), las piscinas climatizadas una gozada y el personal de entretenimiento una maravilla (¡gracias Ariadna y Sergi, entre otros!). La playa está a escasos cien metros.”

“Hotel bellissimo, ben tenuto, tutto molto curato. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente, dalla reception al bar, al ristorante fino agli addetti alle pulizie. La nostra stanza deluxe con vasca idromassaggio molto bella, grande, pulita e silenziosa. Letti comodi con topper e 3 cuscini di diverse dimensioni tra cui scegliere. Alla fine l'idromassaggio l'abbiamo provato una sola volta in tutta la settimana di soggiorno perché ci sembrava un enorme spreco d'acqua. Unica nota……

“Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again.”

“Wonderful small hotel, centrally located within easy walking distance of Corralejo town center. We had a very good breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator. Nice pool and garden areas. Unfortunately, the mattress was far too soft and coupled with the lack of A/C made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. I would recommend as good value for money but will personally avoid the warmer months.”

“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……
