“I wanted to fons a secluded and relaxing escape for the weekend. We traveled in for a triathlon in Chattanooga, and this cabin was perfect! I felt so at peace. It was very clean and Rachel was super responsive. There was no cell service, which was fine for us. The wifi worked great.”

“We had a girls HS reunion and chose this destination for a somewhat central spot for all to travel. We had plenty of room for our large group, it was clean, plenty of parking, nice porch and patio options too. Lots of room to mingle and sleep and shower comfortably. We may book again!”

“It was peaceful and quiet which was everything I wished for my vacation. The cabin was marvelous and large. There are large televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. The appliances in the kitchen were fairly new and beautiful. I’ve been sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch watching a doe and her fawn in the front yard. Totally relaxed. I will certainly return to enjoy this wonderful property!!!”

“Everything went smoothly with check-in. The place is stunning! Inside, outside, the view, the deck views! The furniture was very comfortable. They know people like to bring their own devices to connect to the TVs. They have accessible HDMI ports and power nearby. Check out was simple as can be, none of the extra work as you are packing like taking out the trash or stripping the beds. As a recent convert to The Caverns, I will be returning and always checking if this spot is available!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a very relaxing weekend. The extra amenities were much appreciated. The kitchen met all of our needs and the outdoor grill was a plus. “We stayed here for our honeymoon! We were planning to be out for most of our time, and have the cabin to come back to at night; however, the weather had other plans for us! But nothing was nicer than having a nice, cozy cabin to hole up in and watch the rain! It was especially nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the nature as it rained! “We have been vacationing at Tims Ford for almost 30 years now. Your property was by far our greatest experience. Your home is beautiful and the floor plan is well thought out providing privacy when wanted and several places to hang out as a family. We loved the dock and the peaceful secluded cove so we didn't have to worry about boat traffic with the kids. “The listing is a faithful description of the property. It reminded me of the farmhouse that my mother grew up in, swinging screened door and all. My two friends and I visited for a hiking weekend while my daughter finished her last week of summer school at Sewanee. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when I asked to extend the stay to help my daughter pack up.
