“對遠方來的客人來說，服務人員一整個就是不理不睬，首先給我們一家四口一間208房，一進到房間，傻眼，房間沒整理，被單、枕頭、棉被亂成一團，到櫃台反應，卻一味的解釋，塘塞，最後是我要求服務人員挪動尊駕，和我一起到房間看看，他才恍然大悟，說了2句Sorry，幫我們換了207號房，可是小孩子一直吵著要換飯店，我才緊急又訂了另一間飯店，好不容易忍耐了一晚，而且還沒有熱水，連洗澡都沒洗，就趕緊逃離這裡，所以我是付了2個晚上的費用，只住一個晚上！Right afar guests, service personnel a whole is back from the dead, the first to give us a four a 208 room, one into the room, dumbfounded, not finishing room, blankets, pillows, quilts chaotic, to counter reaction, but blindly explanation Tangse, finally, I asked staff to move……

“Called few times front desk & no answer Eventually got answered like mid night & asked for extra blanket, but I was told it was finished. I can’t believe this is Marriott hotel service at all”
