“This review goes well beyond the 5 stars. While the Hotel was magnificent, the customer service shined even brighter. We arrived in town after a long 6 hour drive through some hard rain. The city had some streets blocked off due to a student parade and it was really difficult to locate the hotel with my GPS. When I called the front desk to get some assistance, they figured out where I was and ran out in the rain to help me finally find the hotel. Things like this is why I love Portugal so……

“Toural has an old-world charm, with its location, decor, and the service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full of nice surprises including home made cakes. The room is very spacious with a balcony over looking the historical Toural square. We loved our stay!”
