“Louie's property is a wonderful place to spend a night or two when in the Akron area. He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! ”

“The VRBO was super clean with easy access. There were a couple things to be aware of. the bed is super sqeeky, any movement will be squeeks. Second, the walls are super thin and can hear every noise, party, and music going on until 1:30 am. ”

“The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. ”

“First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap.”

“We had a great time staying here. Neither one of us had been to Cleveland before and it was a perfect location close to great restaurants and activities. “The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one.”

“We were happy with the accommodations. They matched what we saw in the listing. The hosts were responsive on getting back to us when we had questions. The location was very convenient to downtown, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The neighborhood looks to be in the process of gentrifying, but was generally safe. ”

“It is a really nice oft and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Glad to have gated parking. There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay. I did have good response from the owner via Vrbo, but received check in information very last minute that made me nervous. Check in was a breeze. “The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.”
