“Customer service is excellent. Amanda at the front was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is usual eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, oatmeal. Hotel overall is very clean and staff friendly. One day pool chemical room door was left open. The next day the towel bin was sideways. I would stay here again and recommend it.”

“I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!”
