“The cabin is in the perfect spot for easy access to everything. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the cabin, it is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the little porch and hearing the elk. The fire pit and lightning make the outdoors so relaxing. We had a chance to meet the owner and he is so nice and accommodating. We have already booked for next year! ”

“Its right along the river. We float from the boat launch to the cabin. The kids spend hours in the river throughout the day. Enjoy camp fires at night.”

“Wanted to spend a weekend somewhere we'd never been. The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. The drive took close to an hour from the Hilltop Hideaway. Although……

“This is a lovely place. It's clean, it’s in the forest, it has plenty of room and it's convenient to the parks. We stayed last year and wanted to return this year. We may make this a fall outing every year! Thanks to the host for her kindness and for helping us throughout our stay.”

“We were very happy with everything at the house. It had plenty of room for 12 adults. We liked the game room. We had a pool tournament and a ping pong tournament. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. All of the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”
