“Great place for a quiet getaway! Good fishing nearby.”

“We were a group of three retired college friends (with spouses) traveling from different locations across Pennsylvania, looking to spend some quiet time in Wellsboro and on the Pine Creek rail trail. Marlene’s house was a perfect choice for our visit, conveniently located on the edge of town, within easy walking distance of downtown Wellsboro, and a short drive to the trailhead for the rail trail. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and generously equipped with everything we needed for……

“The house was exactly has pictured and described. Very roomy, clean and conveniently located to St Mary's. Close to several restaurants, wineries, fishing streams and elk viewing areas. The kitchen was well equipped and the host was quick to respond when needed. ”

“Husband and I quickly planned a little getaway and we were pleasantly surprised at this little cabin. It had all the necessities you could ask for including fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, gorgeous view of river and fantastic outdoor screened in porch. Two restaurants within a few minutes as well. Access to the creek as well. We would definitely book again! Oh and everything was very clean! ”

“Stayed in this property for two nights with family. The place is secluded but easy to access. We were all extremely impressed with how clean the house was and how much room there was. We hung out by the firepit at night which was wonderfully convenient. We visited the bait shop down the road and the owner was wonderful. He was able to tell us where they recently stocked and we were able to catch around 30 fish between the 3 of us fishing. The stream was stunning and looked like something out of……

“Despite no water in the lake and the constant rain, my family enjoyed the time we spent together making memories. From playing the Wii to challenging each other with foosball to making puzzles or making s’mores! My grandson loved the hot tub so much he is bothering his dad to get one! Very close to attend movies or go downtown for dinner. We also explored Punxy and the area. ”
