“We enjoyed everything about it! The game room was awesome and fun was had by everyone who entered the door. We enjoyed bonfires in the evening with plenty of seating and accesories for cooking on the fire. The cottage itself was warm and welcoming and had plenty of seating and sleeping options. “A lovely home and property in rural Potter County -- ideal location between Cherry Springs and the PA Grand Canyon. Best to plan your arrival before dark to navigate to property. Two bedrooms are private areas (with door) while one is in the open area upstairs. Was not an issue for our stay, but if you have any light sleepers in your party, bring earplugs. “Great place to stay for a bunch of guys at fishing camp”

“The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. Worst of all is if you flush the primary……

“The property was super cute! We loved the sun porch and it was a great space for 4. We didn't get. a chance to use the fire pit but it was there just in case. We walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed looking at the cute little cottages. There were plenty of food options nearby. Fun weekend!”

“It was perfect! The minute we walked through the door we felt at home. I have never stayed in a carriage house so I was unsure what the experience would be like. Jen and Mike were the perfect hosts. Plus it is in the perfect location from campus and downtown. We will absolutely return!”
